The software is a Management Information System with a modular structure which covers the whole field of real estate and facility management. This software suite includes space and resources management, a helpdesk, meeting room reservations, financial management, maintenance of technical installations, cable management, etc. The system architecture includes the backend and a number of interfaces: Desktop, Web, Mobile, Flexible Reports, API, etc. The software product is a worldwide leader in the facilities management domain and is installed in more than 50 countries on 5 continents and used by the Global 100 companies.

Technology stack:

Embarcadero Delphi 2010-XE3, Developer Express, DOA + Oracle Monitor Pro, Oracle, PL/SQL

Methodology:

Agile / Scrum, Extreme Programming, Atlassian Suite (JIRA, Greenhopper, Confluence, Crucible), test automation

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of industry work experience and minimum 1 years with Delphi and one of the major RDBMS
• Profound knowledge of Delphi 7+ (Object Pascal, VCL, IDE)
• Clear understanding and practical implementation of the OOAD, design patterns
• Deep knowledge of RDBMS, SQL. Experience with Oracle is an advantage
• Understanding the process of commercial software engineering, SDLC, reporting
• Intermediate English: ability to communicate with the remote team, maintain the technical documentation

Preferred skills:

• Experience with Embarcadero releases
• DevExpress for Delphi
• Experience with Allround Automations DOA (Direct Oracle Access), OCI
