Project description:

Our customer - German company, provider of the document management solutions and services. The project goal is to develop new document management system from scratch utilizing all the experience that customer owns.

Technology stack:

.NET, C#, WCF services, ASP.NET, Silverlight, Windows Workflow Foundation

The responsibilities of Team Lead at this project are:

• communication with customer (requirements, technical issues),
• making requirements,
• estimation of efforts,
• architecture and design of the project,
• technical management of the team,
• responsibility for the quality of the project

Requirements:

• Profound knowledge of .NET technologies (C#, WCF, ASP.NET, WinForms), minimum of 3 year work experience
• Profound knowledge of Silverlight
• Knowledge of relational DB, database management system (MS SQL, MySQL etc.), SQL
• Clear understanding and practical implementation of the object oriented analysis and design, design patterns, corporate system architecture, knowledge of UML
• Understanding the process of commercial software development, program life-cycle stages, reporting
• Knowledge of English: reading and writing technical documentation, ability to take part in conference calls with customer

Preferred skills:

• Knowledge of Windows Workflow Foundation
• Knowledge of XML, UML, software modeling
• Personal traits: analytical thinking, responsibility, sociability, ability to work in team, attention to details
• Knowledge of German
