Responsibilities:

• Perform project management of Web 2.0 projects - from contract is signed till successful delivery
• Manage daily tasks for projects, motivate and promote team members
• Communicate with customers, report efforts and statuses
• Analyze requirements, propose technical solutions
• Review project architecture, source code

Requirements:

• 1+ year practical experience in project lead or project manager role
• Experience in requirements analysis, effort estimating, and task scheduling
• Good skills in decision making, leadership, team building and motivating, communication, cultural awareness, and negotiating
• Practical experience in Web 2.0 technologies (web frameworks, CMS, e-commerce, cloud-services, web-services)
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodology
• Upper-intermediate knowledge of English
• Technical degree a plus
