Java Enterprise Application Project Lead (JPL)

Project description
Development of desktop GUI and business logic for ERP product line, intended to automate procedures and business processes at big enterprises and in the banking area. Technology stack includes Eclipse IDE, J2SE / J2EE, Swing / ULC

Java Enterprise Application Project Lead responsibilities:- Architecture (with supervision of PM); - Design; - Requirements management (with supervision of PM); - Estimates and planning (with supervision of PM); - Team management (DEV and QA); - Code review; - FIT (Final Inspection and Tests), i.e. quality management; - Deployment; - Technical communications; - Coding; as well as:
- Participation in process management; - Participation in issues and risks management; - Participation in reporting.

Requirements:

1. Profound knowledge and expertise in Java programming language
2. Clear understanding and practical implementation of the object oriented analysis and design, design patterns, corporate system architecture, knowledge of UML
3. Strong experience in one of the following areas: Web projects development using J2EE; Distributed applications development (e.g. service-oriented architecture, enterprise application integration)
4. Strong experience with Swing or other Java desktop GUI technologies
5. Strong experience with majority of the following technologies:

Senior Java Developer (SJD)

Project description: a series of web-based J2EE applications for leading Swiss VOIP and telephony provider, including billing system, VOIP phones configuration provisioning and a web portal for clients and resellers. Technology stack: J2EE, Spring MVC / Spring IoC, DWR AJAX, Freemarker, Sitemesh, Hibernate ORM, Ant, JUnit, Eclipse / MyEclipse, MySq

The responsibilities of Senior Developer at this project are:
- communication with customer (requirements, technical issues),
- making requirements (under control of PM)
- estimation of efforts (under control of PM)
- architecture and design of the project,
- technical management of the team (including code review)
- responsibility for the quality of the project (shared with PM)

Requirements:
