Dedicated Center

Dedicated Development Center (DDC) model represents full-time cost-effective development resources allocated to work exclusively on your projects on a long-term basis.

Intellias is responsible for setting up a software development team that corresponds to client's methodologies, practices, workflow, management style and even business culture. Dedicated team works only on particular customer's projects and is managed by customer's representatives as if it were their internal department.

Client is charged fixed monthly fee per each full-time employee and holds responsibility for keeping the workload of the dedicated team at the specified levels.
