For OpenWeb, a Belgian ISP, Intellias has developed a new system that enables the company’s staff to order DSL lines from the wholesale telecom providers as well as effectively manage the products, subscriptions and invoices.

The software is built on top of the SOA architectural pattern, being transparently incorporated into the enterprise IT infrastructure. The high level of usability and flexible object-oriented design effectively minimizes the internal support costs.
