	Vitaly Sedler CEO for Sales and Marketing After completing his studies at the Faculty of Applied Mathematics & Informatics (Department of Programming) in 1998, Vitaly joined a German-Ukrainian enterprise specialising in software development services. In his position Vitaly assumed a role of Technical Lead and thereafter was promoted to Executive Manager of outsourcing projects for large German corporate customers, including Deutsche Bank and SAZ. In January 2002, Vitaly Sedler together with Michael Puzrakov laid the foundations of Intellias, one of the first software development companies in Ukraine initially oriented towards German-speaking markets and having expanded to Benelux and Nordic markets later on. At Intellias, Vitaly is in charge of Marketing & Sales strategy, development and coordinating the efforts of Marketing Department in Lviv and On-Site Sales division in Zürich as well as supervision of Administrative i Finance Departments. In addition to his technical background, Vitaly obtained Master degree in International Economics.
	Michael Puzrakov CEO for Business Development In his position, Michael is responsible for Intellias Technical, HR, Quality Management and Assurance Departments. As the company co-founder, he has been working for Intellias since its inception, overseeing company’s HR policy, quality management and financial planning. Michael has contributed to employee engagement, therefore increasing staff productivity. He has also coordinated certification of Intellias quality management system and supervised arrangement of technology partnerships. Michael is a graduate of the Faculty of Applied Mathematics & Informatics (Department of Programming) of the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv. Prior to joining Intellias, Michael worked at one of the German-Ukrainian enterprises at the position of CTO, assuming assuming technical, administrative and marketing functions functions.
	Andriy Stekhnovych VP Business Development (USA) Andriy is heading Intellias Sales Team in the USA, being in charge of sales activities, account management and client communications. Andriy joined Intellias in 2002 as a Project Manager for one of the company’s largest projects – iB2C, developed for one of the most notable retailers of the evening wear on the German-speaking market. Together with strong managerial skills, Andriy brings vast experience in software engineering, being engaged in the industry since 1996. Prior to Intellias, Andriy worked for a number of international companies. As a Project Manager he has coordinated projects for a substantial number of US clients across various domains including Finance, Real Estate and Accounting. In his previous positions, Andriy was also in charge of Industrial Engineering, including supervision of quality assurance, organizational planning and system administration. Andriy holds Master degree in Theoretical Basics of Electrical and Radio Engineering, completing post-graduate study for this major at Ivan Franko University of Lviv.
