A strong sales enablement strategy requires advanced product training for sales representatives. With this in mind, our client decided to develop a learning chatbot to help a global car manufacturer train their sales representatives on product features and benefits. This allows salespeople to learn about the product dynamically without monotonously flipping through catalogs.

Besides aggregating information, the self-learning AI chatbot imitates conversations with customers. We designed the bot to be a multilingual tool. It currently supports English, Spanish, Arabic, and Russian.
